1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Skill Hub Global's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

Skill Hub Global provides skilled trades recruitment and migration coordination services connecting Australian employers with qualified international tradespeople.

2.1 Recruitment Services

• Sourcing, vetting, and shortlisting international candidates
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Supporting employers through the first placement cycle

2.2 Migration Coordination

All formal migration advice, visa lodgement, and regulated migration work is delivered by a partnered MARA-registered migration agent. Skill Hub Global itself does not provide migration advice regulated under the Migration Agents Registration Act.

3. Employer Obligations

• Provide accurate vacancy briefs, including licences and location
• Honour agreed fee arrangements and placement guarantees
• Comply with Fair Work Australia and visa sponsorship obligations
• Communicate openly about feedback, hires, and terminations

4. Candidate Obligations

• Provide truthful information about qualifications, licences, and experience
• Respond to communications in a timely manner during active processes
• Comply with instructions from the partnered migration agent

5. Fees

Employer fees are agreed individually in writing before work begins. Our standard terms include a placement guarantee window — details are provided in each engagement letter.

6. Candidate Fees

We do not charge candidates for shortlisting into Australian employer vacancies. Visa, licensing, and government fees are the candidate's responsibility and are quoted separately by the partnered migration agent in accordance with MARA requirements.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared by employers and candidates is kept confidential and used only to deliver the services described above. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Skill Hub Global's total aggregate liability to any party arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by that party in the preceding twelve months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Skill Hub Global and protected by Australian copyright law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version is always the one published on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
